As the owner of Sweetie Pie’s, Beth has a passion for true home style baking. Everything she produces is just like your grandma made in her own kitchen – from the local fresh produce and ingredients, right down to the way it’s packaged.
Beth went to Niagara Culinary Institute for Culinary Management, trained and worked under Chef J. Mark Hand for 5 years, and has traveled and worked in kitchens both here in the Niagara Region and the US.
Along the way, she fell captive to the local cuisine bug and never intends to go back to mass produced food.
